Booking Process
Yacht Cruises cannot be booked online. You must fill and submit the form with your details and we will contact you with answers and information to book your Aquarian NYC Sailboat Cruise or Yacht Experience. Alternatively you can book by calling us at 201-963-8830.
Bookings should be made at least 4 weeks in advance. We will try to accommodate bookings with less notice but this cannot be guaranteed. When such a booking is accepted, there will be no refund if canceled by the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for sailing and yacht tours and activities is in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
Boat owners and captains have a rain and small craft advisory policy. They do not set sail if it is raining or rain is imminent in the forecast. They will not set sail during any inclement weather or small craft advisory. They generally make those decisions two hours before sailing time. If the captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will have the option to receive a rain date for a period of 24 months. This allows you 2 summer seasons to reschedule. You will receive a credit for the full amount of your payment, which may be used to book a sail/cruise again within the next 24 months.
When a client books a boat we notify all subsequent inquiries that “the boat is taken and unavailable”. For this reason we do not offer any refund on cancellations. If you cancel a reservation up to 90 days before your sail date, we do allow a no-cost change of date.
Inclement weather as stated above is the only reason for full credit on cancellation.
Note: Please be sure to have access to your phone or other mobile communication devices as we may need to reach you in the event of an emergency or change in the tour's program.
